CTO Officers: Nominations

Nominations for CTO officers are now open

We need your help in this important effort to identify potential volunteer leaders!

Do you know a colleague with great leadership skills who you would recommend? Please log-in now to share your nominations with us. Are you interested in serving in a volunteer role? Self-nominations are also encouraged!

We have three positions open:

  • Division Program Chair Elect - This is the first of a five-year rotation through leadership positions to support the division.  Program Chair Elect (sometimes called PDW Chair) solicits and schedules PDWs, the CTO Doctoral Consortium, and helps with annual meeting planning including ordering food for events.  In subsequent years, the person will serve as CTO Program Chair, Division Chair Elect, Division Chair, and Past Division Chair.
  • Practitioner Representative at Large - This person provides a practitioner perspective to Division leadership and membership and especially helps CTO develop connections with the practitioner community.  This position has a 2-year term.
  • Treasurer - Division Treasurer works with AOM HQ to understand and present the status of CTO's finances to the executive team and membership.  The CTO Treasurer serves for 3 years.

To nominate candidates, please visit https://apps.aom.org/DivNomination and follow the onscreen instructions to log-in to your Academy profile. Once you log-in, you may select "Nominate Now" for Communication, Digital Technology, and Organization. Please use the Comments section on the nomination form to add words of support and why this person would make an ideal addition to the CTO leadership team. Nominations will remain open until February 28.

We hope you will take this opportunity to nominate a colleague who might be willing and able to contribute to the leadership of our CTO division.  Remember that self-nominations are welcome.  Serving as a member of the CTO leadership team is an honor and a privilege, and it's also lots of fun.

Thank you for your participation!
