Dear Colleagues
The 2023 Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS) will be held in Nanchang, China, July 8-12 2023.
PACIS is the premier conference of the Association of Information Systems in Region 3. Since 1993, PACIS has served to provide an intellectual platform to researchers and practitioners in the field of Information Systems to share their research findings and best practices.
As we send this call for papers, the Asia Pacific region is making an historic transition from the pandemic response economy. The region is also undergoing rapid digitalization at societal, community, organizational, and individual levels. We are witnessing a world where digital technologies have fueled economic and societal changes that are faster, more complex, and harder to predict.
At such an important juncture, PACIS 2023 will be a perfect time to celebrate the conference theme "Navigating Digital Turbulence and Seizing New Possibilities." The 20 tracks capture this conference theme from a 360 degree perspective.
Nanchang is a beautiful, historic city, and the team at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics are preparing the local details wonderfully. We can't wait to get together in person in China after all this time - it will be a fantastic conference!
The submission site is open already; the submission deadline is March 1. For more details on the program committee, tracks, how to submit, and how to register, please see: https://pacis2023.aisconferences.org/submissions/call-for-papers/
With thanks from the program co-chairs: Bo Xiao, Chuan-Hoo Tan, and myself - we look forward to your submissions!
