Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to invite submissions to the 18th CNoW Workshop on Human-Digital Collaboration and the Changing Nature of Work, which will take place on Saturday, 12 December 2026 (11:00–17:00) in Lisbon.
The workshop focuses on how digital technologies, including generative AI, virtual and augmented reality, algorithmic management, and new forms of digital work, are transforming work, organizing, and collaboration. We welcome contributions that deepen or challenge our understanding of the changing nature of work and the integration of human and digital factors in contemporary organizations.
We invite extended abstracts (maximum 5 pages, including all materials) reporting either completed research or work in progress.

The CNoW Workshop has been held annually since 2013 and has grown into an active international research community. Since 2021, it has been affiliated with the Association for Information Systems (AIS) as the Special Interest Group on the Changing Nature of Work (SIGCNoW).
