PDW on Developing a Hybrid Intelligence and Human-Centered Generative AI Research Agenda

  • 1.  PDW on Developing a Hybrid Intelligence and Human-Centered Generative AI Research Agenda

    Posted 14 days ago

Join us for this PDW which unites HRM, organization and technology scholars to advance a forward-looking research agenda centred on the synergy between human and AI capabilities. Unlike traditional automation, which aims to replace human input with AI, HI emphasizes collaboration, leveraging AI for some automation of routine decision-making but with a strategy of preserving and enhancing human judgment and creativity. This synergy is particularly relevant to HRM, a field deeply rooted in human-centric processes. Research in this domain provides an opportunity to develop evidence-based frameworks that guide a human-centered adoption of AI, ensuring that AI synergistically augments work for competitive advantage.
