    The Department of IT, Analytics, and Operations in the Mendoza College
    of Business at the University of Notre Dame is hiring one postdoctoral
    fellow as part of an NSF-funded project under the supervision of
    Assistant Professor John Lalor. The position is for two years, with an
    anticipated start date of January 2025.

    The project's scope includes personalization in large language models,
    human-LLM interaction, and instance hardness and data difficulty. The
    fellow will be expected to conduct research in these areas, assist with
    PhD student mentoring, and submit research for publication in top
    Information Systems and/or Computer Science venues.

    The position includes a travel allowance for collaborations and
    conference presentations.

    Qualifications

    - PhD received within the last five years in machine learning,
    information systems, or a closely related field.
    - History of publications in top ML/NLP/IS conferences or journals.
    - Experience with open-source software and reproducible research.
