There are 3 weeks left to apply to the 2026 Qualitative Methods Workshop. This will be the third edition of an intensive 4-day experiential workshop in qualitative research to study work and organizations. The goal is to provide project-based, interactive training and build community and networks across researchers. We cover different data collection methods, analytical processes, developing theoretical contributions, ethics, transparency, and more. The workshop is open to doctoral students, post-doctoral fellows and early-career faculty. Workshop instructors this year include professors Michel Anteby, Callen Anthony, Beth Bechky, Anne-Laure Fayard, Melissa Mazmanian, and Samantha Ortiz Casillas.
The workshop will take place June 22 to 25 at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal. The workshop is limited to 25 participants. With the support of the ERA Chair in Social Innovation at Nova SBE we will have limited funds to waive the workshop fee on a few applications. PhD students from local and Global South institutions will be prioritized for financial support.
The deadline to apply is March 1st. You can
