My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analysis on managerial reaction to bottom-up initiatives for organizational change. We are seeking any unpublished empirical papers related to how managers and/or organizations respond to the following bottom-up initiatives:
1. Voice behavior
2. Creativity and idea implementation
3. Issue selling
4. Whistle-blowing
5. Institutional entrepreneurship
If you have empirical papers that may be relevant for inclusion in our meta-analysis, would you please email me at
hpark2@govst.edu by Friday 25, 2025, but late submission is also welcome. In the spirit of responsible science and avoiding publication bias, we hope that we will be able to include your work in our meta-analytic review.
