W&L is hiring for two positions in the Department of Business Administration: Strategy and Data Analytics. Home to the Williams School, the only AACSB-accredited school at a top-tier liberal arts college in the US, we are located at the southern end of the Shenandoah Valley in Lexington, VA. We follow a teacher-scholar model and expect excellence in both, but contributing to the excellence of our students is paramount. We're a large department for a school of about 2000 students-22 faculty working across strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, IS, OB, Ethics, and Business Communications (W&L Business Administration Faculty and Staff). We're a close-knit group, and we're excited to find the next great fit for our department.
We offer a 5-course load (2-3 or 2-2-1 across a two 13-week semesters and a four-week spring term) with a first -year course reduction, a pre-tenure sabbatical semester, a five-year post-tenure sabbatical cycle, a 9-month contract, summer research support of up to $6500 annually, and small class sizes (most capped around 20).
