    Are you fascinated by how people, artefacts, and materials shape organizational life?
    Does your research adopt a practice-based lens - whether through Strategizing Activities and Practices (SAP), Bourdieu's praxeology, Sociomateriality, Ethnography, Ethnomethodology, Phenomenology, or Routine Studies?
    Join us at EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies) 2026 for Sub-theme 9: "Organizing as Practice: The Changing Role of Materiality in Organizational Life."
    Together, we'll explore how diverse practice traditions can enrich our understanding of materiality in organizing - especially in the face of new technologies, hybrid work, and evolving organizational realities.
