    Dear colleagues,

Please find below the official invitation to the Athens Negotiations Tournament – The World Edition, organized by the Athens University of Economics and Business. After 8 successful years of organizing the National Competition, we decided to share our vision with the international community.

We would be delighted to welcome 3-member student teams who wish to develop their negotiation and communication skills, while also networking with peers, negotiation experts, and C-level executives from international companies.

The tournament will offer participants the opportunity to experience the World ANT, which will take place at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in Athens, as well as on a cruise ship and on Hydra island.

To help students feel more confident about their participation, we will offer preparatory role-play training so that they can become familiar with the tournament process. If any students require financial support to participate, please let us know.

Please find the full invitation below, and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
    Evita Psoni

    Dear Students,

Are you ready to experience international business negotiations in one of the world's most symbolic settings?

The Athens Negotiations Tournament – The World Edition (World ANT) invites student teams from universities around the world to participate in a high-level business negotiations tournament, hosted by the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in the heart of Athens, Greece, on May 2nd and 3rd 2026.

    Team Format
You will participate as a 3-member student team, engaging in realistic, multi-issue business negotiation scenarios that challenge your strategy, communication, persuasion, and decision-making skills.

    The Experience
The World ANT will take place at landmark venues.
    • The first phase of the competition will take place at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, home to the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera, among others.
    • The second phase will unfold on board a cruise vessel, en route to the island of Hydra, where the Grand Final of the World Athens Negotiations Tournament will be held.
This is more than a competition - business negotiations return to the country that gave birth to rhetoric, philosophy, and the art of conflict resolution.

    Why Participate
    • Hands-on, experiential learning beyond the classroom in an international setting
    • Networking and career opportunities with international companies, C-level professionals, business people, academics, and top negotiation professors from all over the world
