Steps to take to become a mentor:

  2. check that Your Connect@AOM profile is complete
  3. read Enrollment guidelines and enroll
  4. (potential mentees will contact you)
  5. arrange the first meeting
  6. look through the initial call checklist
  7. check Your mentor profile, when necessary
